1. You must be 17 years or older to play, unless given consent from legal guardian.

2. Immortals here are only allowed to have ONE account. If you have 2 or more accounts, all accounts will be banned.

(If their is another player playing from your ip address mail staff immediately. If they are not contacted all accounts will be banned permanently)

** NO MONEY and CREDITS TRANSFERING BETWEEN SAME IP

3. Do not give out your login info to anyone, as well as let someone on your account you are responsible for what happends on your account

4. Any id Thievery or impersonations on admins or other staff will result in ban time

5. Profile Avatars, Personal Text photos and videos should not contain any nudity, racial or offensive material.

6. All images you upload on Extinction you represent and own the content you post. and/or the linked Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of the use of any Content posted by you on or through Ext and/or Linked Services.

7. Do not spam forums, chat, or private mail at any point will result in ban time.

8. We understand that you play other games, but please do not advertise them here.

9. If one of the Staff are bothering you at any time please mail Vicious.

10. Do Not spam the staff's mailbox. If you have a issue mail one of us once.

11. Scamming is not tolerated. If you attempt or succeed at scamming a player you will be banned. Example: say your selling wishing stones for a rediculously high price to a new player or vice versa and know or should know its outrageous you will be banned.

12. Swearing within reason is accepted. no racial comments or excessive swearing or sexual vulgarities will be tolerated will result in ban. (unless the 5-20 min Bitch Fest is given the go ahead in chat, Bitch Fest is a 10-20 min session of people fighting in chat basically a pass which an admin will give)

13.Do not harass other players, use commonsense, if you do not know when you are crossing the line from fantasy into harassment, assume that you are harassing the other player. This will not be tolerated and will result in ban. Harassment includes but is not limited to, denial of play, trying to get around blocks, cyber stalking, real life threatening  etc.

14. If you are quitting at anytime it is against the rules to give away any of your stuff you may have, money, credits, wishing stones etc. ALSO if you are quiting, log out and do not come back. We will not Ban you if you request it, so don't ask. Just leave you may want to come back some day.

15. Treat staff with respect. if at any time you have a issue with one of staff you have the option of contacting: Vicious, Edge, Veramis

16. All bugs and glitches must be reported to staff or posted in forums. If you take advantage of said issue you will be banned.

17. If at anytime staff have to remove you or ban. The staff do not and or will not give warning.
